Individual cap production | Börjes Bikes / 1903 Caps

Three beautiful cap models were created in collaboration with Börjes American Bikes GmbH & Co. KG. All of the customer's wishes were taken into account and implemented in the caps, which were manufactured specifically to customer specifications.

Classic front embroidery, 3D embroidery, woven labels (with customer logo) and screen printed seam tapes. The great appearance of the embroidered caps is rounded off with an embossed buckle at the back with the beautiful 1903 logo. All three cap variants are absolute eye-catchers!

Cap production according to customer specifications

Tailored caps embroidered on the front. A cap model produced was refined on the front with an embroidery-screen printing combination. The backs are embroidered - one cap has 3D embroidery applications (left and right) on the back side.
The inside seams were covered with seam tape. The seam tape is screen printed with the 1903 logo. There are also two woven labels with customer logos on the inside of the cap. All around, everything was really successful.
