Individual cap production | Börjes Bikes / 1903 Caps

Three beautiful cap designs were created in collaboration with Börjes American Bikes GmbH & Co. KG. All of the customer's wishes were taken into account and implemented in these custom-made caps.

Classic front embroidery, 3D embroidery, woven labels (with customer logo), and screen-printed seam tapes. The superb look of the embroidered caps is rounded off with an embossed buckle at the back featuring the attractive 1903 logo. All three cap variations are real eye-catchers!

Cap manufacturing according to customer specifications

Custom-made caps with embroidery on the front. One cap model was embellished on the front with a combination of embroidery and screen printing. The backs are embroidered – one cap features 3D embroidered appliqués on the sides (left and right).
The inner seams are covered with seam tape, which is screen-printed with the 1903 logo. Two woven labels with customer logos are also located on the inside of the cap. Overall, the result is truly excellent.
