You can choose between two production methods: We refine selected blank textiles in Germany starting from 50 pieces , or develop individual clothing according to your specifications, which is produced in Portugal or Turkey starting from 100 pieces per item, color and design.
Depending on the production method, you choose or determine the material, fit, colors, sizes, branding and finishing.
Possible items include T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts, jackets, trousers, knitwear, socks, sportswear, caps and bags.

This solution is suitable if you want to personalize an existing textile with your logo, design, lettering or brand label.
The blank textiles come from German and European warehouses. A variety of products, colors, sizes, materials, and fits are available. The textiles are then finished in Germany according to your specifications—for example, with screen printing, embroidery, DTF or DTG digital printing, woven labels, or patches.
Blank textiles with finishing are particularly suitable for corporate fashion, employee clothing, merchandise, club clothing, events and collections based on existing products.

CUSTOM TEXTILE PRODUCTION
FROM 100 PIECES
Custom textile production is the right solution if not only the branding, but the entire garment is to be created according to your specifications.
They define, among other things, cut, fit, dimensions, material, weight, fabric color, size distribution, labels, care labels, hangtags, packaging, and finishing. A tech pack, a mockup, a sketch, or a reference product can serve as a basis.
Custom production is possible in Portugal or Turkey starting from 100 pieces per item, color, and design. Sizes can be divided within this total quantity.

WHICH TEXTILES CAN BE USED?
Depending on the production method and project, the following product groups, among others, can be implemented:

Whether an existing blank textile or a custom production is more suitable depends on the desired fit, the material, the quantity, and the required degree of customization.
WHAT TEXTILE FINISHES ARE POSSIBLE?
Different methods are available for print designs, logos and brand elements:
- Screen printing for clear, durable print designs and larger print runs
- Embroidery and 3D embroidery for logos, lettering and textured surfaces
- DTF and DTG digital printing for detailed or multi-colored designs
- Sublimation printing for full-surface designs on suitable textiles
- Woven labels, care labels and size labels
- Patches, embroidered patches and other brand components
Which technique is suitable for your project will be determined based on the textile, material, motif, quantity, placement and desired effect.
1. INQUIRY AND PROJECT BRIEFING
You provide information on the product type, planned quantity, sizes, colors, desired finish, and any existing documentation. Sketches, logos, mockups, tech packs, or reference images can be sent directly along with the order.
2. PRODUCTION PATHWAY AND FEASIBILITY
We will assess whether a plain textile with finishing or a custom-made product meets your requirements. For custom production, we will also determine the most suitable production location.
3. SPECIFICATION AND OFFER
The relevant product details are coordinated. These can include material, fit, dimensions, weight, colors, size distribution, branding, finishing, and packaging.
4. SAMPLE AND APPROVAL
For custom productions, samples and product details are checked and agreed upon before series production. This allows for the assessment of fit, material, workmanship, and branding elements.
5. PRODUCTION AND COMPLETION
After approval, series production or finishing begins based on the agreed requirements.
From fully printed T-shirts to limited edition oversized shirts to complete clothing collections: The following projects demonstrate different possibilities for individual textile production and textile finishing.
CLAAS: FULLY SUBLIMATED T-SHIRTS
Product: Individually produced T-shirts made from 100% polyester with a weight of approximately 135 g/m² and printed care label.
Task: To implement a customer-specific design across the entire surface and adapt its proportions to the different T-shirt sizes.
Process: The individual T-shirt pieces were first cut out, then printed all over using sublimation printing, and finally sewn together to create the finished T-shirt. The print design was adapted for each size.
Result: Full-surface printed T-shirts where the design remains well-proportioned from size S to XXL. The process also allows for color gradients and large-scale designs.
MILU PROJECTS: LIMITED OVERSIZE T-SHIRTS
Product: Individually produced white oversized T-shirts made from 100% cotton with a weight of approximately 200 g/m². 250 T-shirts were produced per design.
Task: To produce T-shirts according to your own oversized cut and a precise size chart, and to implement photorealistic, multi-colored designs on the T-shirts.
Method: The T-shirts were individually manufactured according to customer specifications. The designs were created using halftone screen printing with color separation, in which the print image is divided into several screen printing colors.
Result: A limited edition T-shirt series that combines a heavy fabric quality and a unique oversized cut with detailed multi-colour prints.
BÖRJES BIKES: THE 1903 COLLECTION
Product: A cohesive clothing collection consisting of three T-shirt models, a long-sleeved shirt, a hoodie and two sweatshirt jackets.
Task: To produce a complete branded collection according to customer specifications, in which fabrics, cuts, colors, finishes and branding details are coordinated.
Method: The collection was individually produced and, depending on the model, equipped with screen printing, embroidery, screen-printed transfers, woven labels, personalized zipper pulls and other branding elements.
Result: An extensive 1903 collection with recurring logos and branding details across multiple product groups – from T-shirts and long-sleeved shirts to hoodies and sweatshirt jackets.

CAN THE SIZES BE DIVIDED WITHIN THE MINIMUM QUANTITY?
Sizes can be distributed across the total quantity of an item, color, and version. Please specify your desired size distribution in your inquiry if possible.
DO I NEED A COMPLETE TECH PACK FOR THE FIRST INQUIRY?
No. For an initial review, sketches, mockups, reference images, or a detailed description may suffice. A tech pack facilitates technical coordination and becomes relevant at the latest for a clearly defined, customized production.
WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR A QUOTE?
Helpful information includes product type, quantity, size distribution, material and color preferences, desired finishing, branding details, as well as existing logos, sketches, size charts or reference products.
