Our custom textile production starts in Portugal and Turkey with a minimum order of 100 pieces per item, color, and design. This minimum quantity provides a realistic basis for brands, companies, and projects that want to develop their own clothing.
The sizes can be freely distributed within the total quantity. This allows you, for example, to plan a balanced distribution between XS, S, M, L, XL and other required sizes, without having to meet a separate minimum quantity for each size.

CUT, FIT AND MEASUREMENTS

Existing patterns, size charts, tech packs , or reference products can serve as a starting point. If no technical documentation is yet available, we will work together to structure the requirements for the cut and fit.
MATERIAL, FABRIC AND GRAMMAR
Material and weight determine the feel, stability, appearance, and application of a textile. Crucial factors include not only how a fabric looks, but also how it feels to wear, how it can be processed, and which finishing options are suitable.
Depending on the product, materials such as cotton, blends, elastane, recycled content, polyester for sportswear, or knitwear can be considered. The most suitable fabric quality always depends on your product concept.
FABRIC COLOR AS SPECIFIED
For custom production , the fabric color can be adjusted to your specifications. Pantone colors or other clear color references help to define the desired direction precisely.
Before a large-scale fabric production run, it's possible to test how a color specification can be implemented on the desired material. This allows color, material, and overall impression to be coordinated before final approval.

1. PRODUCT IDEA AND INQUIRY
You send us the most important information about your project. A sketch, a mockup, a tech pack, reference images, or an existing sample product are helpful.
2. TECHNICAL INSPECTION
We examine how your product can be implemented effectively. In doing so, we consider product type, material, cut, color, quantity, finishing, branding, and production location.
3. PRODUCT SPECIFICATION AND OFFER
Following the initial assessment, the relevant product details are coordinated. These include, for example, dimensions, sizes, material, grammage, labels, print data, embroidery data, and packaging.
4. SAMPLE AND APPROVAL
A sample can be created before series production begins. This serves to check the material, color, cut, fit, finishing, and branding elements. Series production only starts after the agreed-upon approval.
5. SERIES PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Once the sample has been approved, your clothing will be produced according to the agreed specifications. The exact production scope depends on your project and the agreed-upon details.
