As a textile manufacturer, we support you with our production services if you want to start a fashion label or already run a fashion label/brand. Especially in the beginning, it's not so easy to get a clear overview of the entire process. Starting a fashion label involves several challenges.
We can answer some questions directly here. This might help make it easier to start a fashion label. We are also happy to handle production for brands and labels already on the market.
OUR PRODUCTION FACILITY
OPTION 1 | Shop textiles
We can use ready-made shop textiles from various manufacturers and subsequently enhance them with, for example, high-quality screen printing and/or embroidery. The selection of different cuts and styles is extensive. Feel free to browse our shop .
Quantities
Minimum order quantity:
50 pieces. Colors and sizes can be divided among the total quantity per textile item (e.g., T-shirt). The minimum order quantity of 50 pieces cannot be split between different textile items (e.g., 25 T-shirts, 25 hoodies).
Labels & Co.
Minimum order quantity: 250 pieces.
Woven labels, e.g., for the neck or hem, are available starting from a quantity of 250 pieces. This quantity of 250 pieces can be divided among various textile types (e.g., 50 T-shirts, 100 hoodies, 100 sweatshirts). Many different label designs and options are available.
OPTION 2 | In-house textile production
With our custom textile production, we can precisely address and implement customer wishes and specifications. We produce the fabrics and weights according to specifications, dye the fabrics according to Pantone (as per customer requirements), and can, for example, implement precise pattern or size chart specifications (e.g., oversize/drop-shoulder fit, regular fit, slim fit, etc.).

Minimum order quantity:
100 pieces. The sizes can be divided among the total quantity. The minimum order quantity of 100 pieces cannot be divided among different textile designs and colors.
Labels, hangtags & Co.
Woven labels, care labels, hang tags, individual packaging in polybags, etc. are possible.
Colors | Fabrics | Weights
We can dye fabrics according to Pantone colors. We have a selection of fabrics, colors, and weights available from stock. We can also produce custom fabrics to customer specifications. This includes the possibility of acquiring desired weights in both low and high ranges.
With both production options, we offer fashion label operators, agencies and companies extensive opportunities, support and our experience.
So that they don't have to worry so much about the actual textile production.

We offer textiles and finishing services . Shop textiles can be finished using all known textile finishing techniques. Sustainable textiles are also available.

How much does textile production cost?
Option 1 | Shop textiles
In our online shop, you can calculate prices for textiles with screen printing and woven labels. We calculate quotes for textiles with additional embellishments, such as embroidery, individually. Please contact us here .
Option 2 | Individual textile production
Unfortunately, it's not possible to give a flat rate. Our service is comprehensive and tailored to each individual request. Therefore, we calculate the price for each request separately. For a precise quote, please contact us. We will be happy to provide you with a detailed offer.
What is the quality of the textiles produced?
For both of the production methods described above, we produce textiles of high to very high quality. High-quality textiles are the future hallmark of your fashion brand.
What is the minimum quantity/number of pieces per textile?
Option 1 | Shop Textiles

Can a prototype/single sample be created?
For both production options, it is possible to produce individual samples and prototypes. These then serve for initial review and approval. The cost of the prototypes depends on the production volume.
How much does a prototype/single sample cost?
The cost of individual samples depends on the size of the textile and the desired finishing. These costs will be included in our quote.
Is it possible to make and sew on your own labels?
Option 1 | Shop Textiles

Yes, the production and application of woven labels is possible. The minimum order quantity is 250 pieces. This quantity of 250 pieces can be divided among different textile types (e.g., 50 T-shirts, 100 hoodies, 100 sweatshirts).
Option 2 | Custom Textile Production

Different labeling options are available for both options.
What fabric colors are available?
Option 1 | Shop Textiles:
All textile colors shown in the shop are available. Customizing the colors of shop textiles is not possible.
Option 2 | Custom Textile Production
Here, the complete Pantone color spectrum is available for fabric dyeing — Pantone C, TPG & TCX. Small fabric samples, known as lab dips, are created and sent to you beforehand for review and approval.
What materials, material compositions, and weights are possible?
Only for Option 2 | Individual textile production
With custom production, it is generally possible to specify all the fabric properties precisely. In some cases, with desired fabric compositions, the minimum order quantity may be higher than 250 pieces.
