This version of the labels can be cut individually according to your shape - almost any freely definable shape can be produced. The shape is hot contour cut with the laser (lasercut). The iron-on labels have a hot melt adhesive on the back.

What is the minimum quantity?
The minimum quantity for woven labels is 1,000 pieces.
Can samples be created for approval? What costs arise?
Yes, samples can be created for approval. We recommend a woven sample (hand sample sent by post) so that you can see and examine the fold types, sizes, shapes and colors woven. Please understand that for technical reasons - such as complex machine setup or conversion - we cannot produce all designs and fold types of woven labels as samples.

Please note that when ordering woven label samples, setup costs of €35.00 net (€41.65 gross incl. VAT) will be incurred.
How long does it take to create samples and produce them after sample approval?
The following production times generally apply:
Web label sample creation: approx. 14 - 16 days (+ postal delivery)
Final production after approval: approx. 14 - 16 days (+ postal delivery)
The production time for woven labels without a release sample is approx. 3 - 4 weeks after ordering.
Which designs and sizes are possible?
The different production options are very extensive. Please see the info graphics on the page for versions, fold types and dimensions.
What materials are available for label production?
Polyester, cotton and recycled yarns are available.
Are labels with neon colors possible?
Yes, production with neon yarn colors is possible. You can see the neon colors under “Thread Colors”.

Woven iron-on labels
In addition to the “normal” versions of the labels, we also offer the option of providing woven labels with an iron-on film. The iron-on woven labels can then be easily attached to the textile using an iron or transfer press.
Self-adhesive textile labels
Another option is stick-on labels. The woven labels have a self-adhesive coating on the back and can be stuck to almost any surface.
The production of woven labels:
precision and quality in detail
Woven labels are an essential element in the fashion industry as they not only provide information about the textile but also emphasize the brand identity. Their production requires cutting-edge technology, precision and a deep understanding of materials.
Selection of materials
The first step in making woven labels is choosing the right yarn. Most often, polyester or nylon threads are used as they are durable, colorfast and skin-friendly. Yarn color selection is done based on the customer's desired design and brand colors.
Design and preparation
The design is created using special software programs. Details such as logos, fonts and symbols are precisely digitized. The design is then converted into a weaving pattern, which instructs the looms on how to tie the threads together.
Weaving process
Manufacturing takes place on Jacquard weaving machines capable of weaving highly complex patterns with multiple colors. In this process, the threads are woven together so that the design is integrated directly into the label. Unlike printed labels, the motif here is not created with ink, but rather through the precise weaving of the various threads.
Quality control
Before the labels are delivered, they undergo strict quality control. Here it is checked whether the colors, design and dimensions correspond to the specifications.
