What is the minimum quantity?
The minimum order quantity for woven labels is 1,000 pieces.
Can samples be created for approval? What are the costs?
Yes, samples for approval can be created. We recommend a woven sample (hand sample sent by mail) so you can see and examine the different fold types, sizes, shapes, and colors in woven form. Please understand that for technical reasons—such as complex machine setup or retooling—we cannot produce samples of all woven label designs and fold types.
Costs for sample creation
Sample label via photo: free of charge.
Sample label by post: €19.00 net (excl. VAT) / €22.61 gross (incl. VAT)
Please note that when ordering web label samples, setup costs of €35.00 net (€41.65 gross incl. VAT) will apply.
How long does it take to create samples and produce them after sample approval?
The following production times generally apply:
Web label sample creation: approx. 14-16 days (+ shipping time)
Final production after approval: approx. 14-16 days (+ shipping time)
The production time for web labels without a proof sample is approximately 3-4 weeks after ordering.
What designs and sizes are available?

What materials are available for label production?
Polyester, cotton and recycled yarns are available.
Are labels with neon colors possible?

Precision and quality in detail

Selection of materials
The first step in manufacturing woven labels is choosing the right yarn. Polyester or nylon threads are most commonly used because they are durable, colorfast, and skin-friendly. The yarn color is selected based on the desired design and the customer's brand colors.
Design and preparation
The design is created using specialized software programs. Details such as logos, fonts, and symbols are precisely digitized. The design is then converted into a weaving pattern, which gives the weaving machines instructions on how the threads should be interlaced.
Web process
The labels are manufactured on Jacquard looms, which are capable of weaving highly complex, multi-colored patterns. In this process, the threads are interwoven, integrating the design directly into the label. Unlike printed labels, the motif here is not created with ink, but rather through the precise interweaving of the different threads.

Before the labels are shipped, they undergo rigorous quality control. This checks whether the colors, design, and dimensions meet the specifications.
