Sublimation printing | T-shirt printing (sublimated)
In this successful T-shirt production, the parts of the shirt were printed over the entire surface using sublimation printing. More specifically, this means that all the pieces for the t-shirt were cut first. After cutting, all T-shirt parts were sublimated, i.e. printed in all-over print. The size of the print design was adjusted to the respective T-shirt size. This ensured that the sublimation print looks good on all textile sizes and that the print is not significantly larger on size S than on size XXL. Only in the last step are all the parts brought together and the T-shirt sewn together.
The sublimation printing process
T-shirt sublimation printing has the advantage that color gradients, all-over prints and prints beyond the seam can be implemented. It's not an off-the-shelf T-shirt print, but a truly 100% custom print design. Sublimation printing creates great freedom when it comes to creating logos and designs.
