Patches with contour cut | Laser cut
There are hardly any limits to the shape of embroidered patches. Whether rectangular, round, oval, triangular, coat of arms or customized contour cut. During production, the embroidered patch is cut according to your shape specifications and finished with a sewn edge or an embroidery edge.
Patches with a chain edge
One way to protect the fabric of embroidered patches from fraying on the outer edge is to use a sewn edge. After embroidery, the patch is provided with a neatly linked finish.
Patches with embroidery border
Another option is to add an embroidery edge to the fabric to get a clean and even finish to the embroidered patch. The color of the embroidery edge can of course be freely chosen.
Iron-on patches & patches
Our embroidery patches and patches can be provided with a hot-melt adhesive coating on the back (ironing surface). There are 2 options to choose from: 1. Glue to iron on patches with the heat press and 2. Glue to iron on the patches with the iron.
Patch with Velcro strap
All variants and designs of embroidered patches and embroidery emblems can be provided with a Velcro strip so that you can easily attach the desired emblem or name patch to clothing or simply replace it.

Another advantage of stick patches is their high-quality design. The Ptaches are very robust, can usually be washed at 60°C and are very durable and long-lasting. Of course, all textiles can be provided with embroidery patches. Bags, backpacks, etc. can also be embellished with embroidered patches for advertising purposes.
