Contour-cut patches | Laser cut
There are virtually no limits to the shape of embroidered patches. Whether rectangular, round, oval, triangular, heraldic, or custom contour cut. During production, the embroidered patch is cut according to your specifications and finished with a merrowed or embroidered edge.
Patches with overlocked edges
One way to protect the fabric of embroidered patches from fraying at the outer edge is to use a serged edge. This involves finishing the patch with a neat serged edge after embroidery.
Patches with embroidered border
Another option is to add an embroidered border to the fabric to create a clean and even finish for the embroidered patch. The color of the embroidered border can, of course, be freely chosen.
Iron-on patches and appliques
Our embroidered patches and appliques can be supplied with an iron-on backing. There are two options: 1. Adhesive for ironing on patches using a heat press, and 2. Adhesive for ironing on patches using a regular iron.

All variations and designs of the embroidered patches and emblems can be fitted with a Velcro strip to easily attach the desired emblem or name patch to clothing or simply replace it.
