How high are the costs of producing your own clothing?
Since in-house production is usually quite extensive, we cannot offer flat rates or price lists. Our quotes are prepared individually after consultation with you.
What is the minimum quantity per textile?
For in-house textile production, the minimum quantity is 250 pieces per textile, design and version.
Are textile samples/individual samples produced for approval?
Yes, samples of the desired textiles will be created for your review and approval and sent to you.
Is production using organic cotton possible?
Yes, production with certified organic cotton is possible.
Is it possible to produce using my own sewing patterns?
Yes, production according to your patterns and specifications is possible.
Can I divide the textile sizes / Can I choose the sizes freely?
Naturally, the distribution of the desired textile sizes is freely selectable and will be manufactured and distributed according to your specifications.
What textile dyes are possible for fabric dyeing?
For fabric dyeing according to Pantone C / TPX / TCX / TPG, over 3,000 possible textile colors are available.
What textile finishing options are available?
We produce your clothing using the latest state-of-the-art finishing techniques (e.g. embroidery , screen printing / screen transfer printing , digital direct printing , sublimation printing / full sublimation, digital transfer printing) .
Is it possible to have a custom woven label – for example, with my logo, design, or lettering?
Yes, custom woven labels are possible. More information about woven label production can be found here.
Can the fabric be woven according to my specifications?
Yes, the production and weaving of the fabrics will be done according to your specifications.
Which materials can be processed/manufactured?
Virtually all known fabric compositions can be produced and processed. This includes pure cotton fabrics (conventional cotton and organic cotton, blends, e.g., 80% cotton / 20% polyester, etc.). Pure synthetic fabrics (e.g., 100% polyester) are also possible. Furthermore, fabrics containing elastane, bamboo, or a bamboo blend are also feasible.
Can I design my own printed care label?
Yes, printed care labels can be designed by the user. The mandatory labeling requirements must be observed.
Can I have my own buttons produced?
Yes, it is possible to manufacture your own buttons.
Can I have leather patches and appliqués produced?
Yes, the production of leather patches (embossed, printed, etc.), embroidered patches, woven patches, and much more is possible.

Sustainable fashion / organic cotton
In textile production, in addition to conventional cotton, we can of course also use certified materials / organic cotton, e.g. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard).

Eco-friendly clothing | Certified fabrics & recycled polyester
For productions using blended fabrics, we can also use recycled polyester in GOTS-certified materials. For example, we can use 80% GOTS-certified organic cotton and 20% recycled polyester in our textile production.
Woven labels
Woven labels complete our textile production. Labels are what truly transform clothing into fashionable garments. Woven labels are ideal for use as neck labels or folded labels sewn onto the hem of garments, to name just two examples.
Care labels
Printed care labels contain all care instructions. Logos, lettering, and addresses can also be printed on them. Custom care labels sewn into the garments complete the overall look of the textiles.
Emblems & Patches
We also manufacture other accessories such as emblems and patches, so you can personalize your clothing. We produce emblems and patches, embroidered patches, woven labels, leather patches (real leather, faux leather), rubber patches, and much more.

Blended fabrics can also be used for all productions. Here, we can have fabrics and weights manufactured precisely according to specifications.

Sublimation fabrics
Depending on the intended use, different materials are used for printing and production in sublimation or full sublimation.
We offer another option: a special fabric. The outer layer is made of polyester, which is excellent for sublimation printing. The inner layer is made of soft cotton. This special material has a soft feel and is very comfortable to wear.

Hangtags complete the look of any clothing. A hangtag looks very professional and offers space for stickers with article numbers, barcodes, price tags, etc. We are also your contact for hangtag production!
Pattern making & pattern development
We manufacture your clothing according to your wishes, shapes & specifications – textile production based on your pattern measurements. We develop textile patterns according to your requirements.
Individual sample creation
We are happy to produce individual samples for your review and approval. These samples serve for quality control and to showcase fabrics, colors, finishes, labels, etc. Sample production is possible according to patterns, measurements, and precise specifications.
Fabric dyeing according to Pantone
For fabric dyeing, we use well-known color systems – Pantone C / TPG / TCX / TPX. Before dyeing the entire fabric, we dye small pieces of fabric, known as lab dips, which we present to you for viewing and approval.
