Our sustainable textile production with certified organic fabrics and recycled materials starts with a minimum quantity of 250 pieces per textile and color.
All professional textile finishing techniques are available for fair clothing production - e.g. water-based screen printing, high-quality embroidery, various patches, labels (neck label, care label, etc.) and much more.
During sustainable production, the material is manufactured and colored according to precise grammage and color specifications (coloring according to Pantone).
We produce eco fashion and eco clothing individually based on customer requirements, with certified and sustainable fabrics and materials, according to precise cut and measurement specifications and according to Pantone coloring.

How high are the costs for sustainable production of organic cotton/organic materials?
We cannot offer any flat-rate prices or price lists for textile production with organic materials. Our offers are always created individually.
What is the minimum quantity per textile?
In our sustainable textile production, the minimum quantity is 250 parts per textile and color.
Can textile samples / individual samples be produced?
Yes, individual samples of the desired textiles can be produced for viewing and approval.
Which organic cotton is possible?
In our textile production we use organic fabrics and organic materials that are certified and manufactured according to the Global Organic Textile Standard, GOTS for short.
Can recycled materials be used?
Yes, for example recycled polyester can be used as a blend in cotton fabric. Example material mix 80% GOTS certified organic cotton & 20% recycled polyester.
Is production with my own patterns possible?
Yes, production according to your patterns and measurements is possible.
Can I divide the textile sizes / Can I choose the sizes freely?
A division of the desired textile sizes can be freely selected.
Which textile colors are possible for fabric dyeing?
When dyeing fabrics according to Pantone C / TPX / TCX / TPG, over 3,000 possible textile colors are available.
Which textile finishes are possible?
We produce your clothing using the latest professional finishing techniques, e.g. B. Embroidery, water-based screen printing / screen transfer printing, digital direct printing, digital transfer printing and much more
Is it possible to have your own woven label / woven label - e.g. with my logo / motif / lettering?
Yes, your own woven labels are possible. There is more information about web label production here.
Can my desired grammage be produced?
Yes, a desired grammage can be produced individually - e.g. T-shirts with a grammage from 140-180g/m², 200g/m², 220g/m² or more / sweatshirts & hoodies with e.g. 280-400g/m², 420g/m² or more.
Which organic materials can be processed/manufactured?
Many sustainable material compositions are possible. Pure cotton fabrics (GOTS certified organic cotton fabrics, fabrics made from blended fabrics, e.g. 80% organic cotton / 20% recycled polyester and much more). Fabrics with bamboo or a bamboo mix are also possible.
Can I design a printed care label myself?
Yes, you can design the printed care labels yourself.

Sustainable T-shirts made from organic cotton
We offer various options for sustainable T-shirt textile production with organic cotton. We can produce the desired material composition and grammage according to customer specifications. Possible grammages are, for example, T-shirts with 150-180g/m², 200g/m², 220g/m² or 240-260g/m². Of course, fabric coloring according to Pantone is also possible.
The cut or style of the T-shirt is made according to cut specifications and appropriate measurements - e.g. oversized T-shirts made of organic cotton, regular-fit T-shirts made of organic cotton, slim-fit T-shirts made of organic cotton and much more

In keeping with sustainable textile production, we use water-based screen printing. The water-based screen printing inks are ecologically harmless and are in no way inferior to plastisol inks.
Fair clothing | Eco fashion: T-shirts, hoodies & sweatshirts made from organic cotton
With our fair textile production of sweatshirts and hoodies with organic cotton, the possibilities are the same as we are with the fair production of T-shirts with organic cotton. Here too, we can produce the fabric and grammage individually according to customer specifications. Frequently used grammages for hoodies and sweatshirts are, for example, 300-320g/m², 340-400g/m² but also 400-500g/m².
When producing fair clothing with certified fabrics - usually certified according to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) - pure cotton fabrics, but also mixed fabric materials with recycled polyester, are usually used. When sweatshirts and hoodies are made from organic cotton, the fabric can be dyed according to Pantone.
The style or cut of the sweatshirts and hoodies is produced according to customer measurements - e.g. oversized sweatshirts made of organic cotton, oversized hoodies made of organic cotton, regular-fit sweatshirts made of organic cotton, standard hoodies made of organic cotton and much more

Woven labels
Woven labels round off sustainable textile production. The labels make the clothing eco-fashion, fair clothing. Woven labels can be easily sewn in as a neck label or sewn onto the hem of clothing as a folded label (book cover fold), to give two examples. (More information).
Care labels
All care instructions can be found on the printed care labels (Carelabel). Logos, lettering and addresses can also be printed. Care labels sewn into the clothing complete the appearance of the clothing. Here, too, it is manufactured individually according to specifications.
Emblems & Patches
We also produce other accessories such as emblems and patches so that you can design your own eco-friendly clothing. Here too, production takes place exactly according to your specifications.
