Our sustainable textile production using certified organic fabrics and recycled materials starts with a minimum order quantity of 120-150 pieces per textile and color.

In fair clothing production, all professional textile finishing techniques are available – e.g., water-based screen printing, high-quality embroidery, various patches, labels (neck label, care label, …) and much more.

The material is produced and dyed according to precise specifications for weight and color (Pantone color) during sustainable production.
We produce eco-fashion and eco-clothing individually according to customer wishes, using certified and sustainable fabrics and materials, according to precise cutting and measurement specifications, and in accordance with Pantone coloring.

Sustainable T-shirts made from organic cotton

We offer various options for sustainable T-shirt production using organic cotton. We can manufacture the desired material composition and weight according to customer specifications. Possible weights include, for example, T-shirts with 150-180 g/m², 200 g/m², 220 g/m², or 240-260 g/m². Fabric dyeing according to Pantone colors is also available.

The cut or style of the T-shirt is produced according to pattern specifications and appropriate measurements – e.g., oversized T-shirts made from organic cotton, regular-fit T-shirts made from organic cotton, slim-fit T-shirts made from organic cotton, and much more.

Water screen

In keeping with our sustainable textile production, we use water-based screen printing. The water-based screen printing inks are environmentally friendly and in no way inferior to plastisol inks.

Fair clothing | Eco fashion: T-shirts, hoodies & sweatshirts made from organic cotton

The possibilities for our fair textile production of sweatshirts and hoodies with organic cotton are the same as for the fair production of T-shirts with organic cotton. Here, too, we can produce the fabric and weight individually according to customer specifications. Frequently used weights for hoodies and sweatshirts are, for example, 300-320 g/m², 340-400 g/m², and also 400-500 g/m².

Fair trade clothing is typically produced using certified fabrics – mostly certified according to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) – consisting of pure cotton fabrics, but also blended materials with recycled polyester. When producing sweatshirts and hoodies from organic cotton, the fabric can be dyed according to Pantone colors.

The style and cut of the sweatshirts and hoodies are produced according to customer measurements – e.g., oversized sweatshirts made of organic cotton, oversized hoodies made of organic cotton, regular-fit sweatshirts made of organic cotton, standard hoodies made of organic cotton, and much more.

Woven labels

Woven labels complete the sustainable textile production process. They are what transform clothing into eco-fashion, fair trade clothing. Woven labels can be easily sewn in as neck labels or attached to the hem of garments as folded labels (bookcover fold), to name just two examples. (More information).

Care labels

Printed care labels contain all care instructions. Logos, lettering, and addresses can also be printed on them. Custom care labels sewn into the garment complete the overall look. These are also custom-made to your specifications.

We also produce additional accessories such as emblems and patches so you can personalize your eco-friendly clothing. Production is carried out precisely according to your specifications.

We produce emblems and patches, embroidered patches, woven patches and woven labels. We also offer leather patches/leather labels (genuine leather, faux leather / embossed, printed, laser engraved, etc.), rubber patches, and much more.
