Textile production of the entire 1903 collection | Börjes Bikes
We were allowed to produce the entire 'Limited Edition' 1903 collection for Börjes American Bikes GmbH & Co. KG. An extensive textile production with three T-shirt models, a long-sleeve model, a fantastic hoodie and two sweatshirt jackets in red and black.
Individual cap production | Börjes Bikes / 1903 Caps
Caps with classic front embroidery, 3D embroidery, woven labels (with customer logo) and screen-printed seam tapes. A successful individual cap production according to exact customer specifications.
Three beautiful cap models were created in collaboration with Börjes American Bikes GmbH & Co. KG. The great appearance of the embroidered caps is rounded off with an embossed buckle at the back with the beautiful 1903 logo.
T-shirt printing | Build Your Brand / Oversized T-Shirt BY102
We printed oversize cut tees from Build Your Brand (model BY102) using high-quality screen printing with color separation. The color gradient of the front print and also the color gradient of the large back print really come into their own. Really a successful t-shirt design!
Printed & Embroidered T-Shirts / Printed Hoodies | Modern Hills GmbH
Here we were able to produce beautiful hoodies and T-shirts in collaboration with Modern Hills GmbH from Switzerland. Some oversized (loose cut style) cuts from our shop were used. Some of the clothing was printed (screen printing), another part of the T-shirts (regular fit) was embroidered small on the chest.
T-shirt production with chest print and chest pocket (screen printed)
During this t-shirt production we were able to produce these beautiful t-shirts with a chest pocket for the 7m team, which were screen printed and further refined with a woven label. The highlight of the matter is that the chest print is also printed under the pocket. All that remains for us to say is: many thanks to the 7m team.
Oversize T-Shirt Print | Dreamzz Fashion
Oversize T-shirts from our online shop with a classic embroidery on the chest - large designs have been printed on the back of the T-shirts. It was printed using screen printing with color separation. This is how the very high-quality T-shirts with embroidery and screen printing were created.

Oversize T-Shirt Manufacturing | Milu Projects
A photorealistic print was created on individually produced loose cut T-shirts by rasterizing the print motif (color separation into several printing colors). A beautiful t-shirt production with a screen print on oversized t-shirts made to your desired size.

Textile production of T-shirts | The Box Programming
An extensive pattern development, several T-shirt prototypes and professional textile screen printing. This results in textile production with perfectly fitting T-shirts and tank tops. Everything is made to exact customer specifications — T-shirts and tank tops screen-printed on the chest and back. The T-shirt has an additional print on the inside of the neck instead of a woven label.

T-shirt print with color separation | Rich For Mom
With the guys from Rich For Mom we developed loose cut T-shirts with very colorful print motifs. The designs were printed using screen printing, 8-color and 11-color screen printing. Photorealistic and sharp! Nice thing!

In collaboration with Höcker Polytechnik GmbH, we were able to equip all employees with an embroidered cap. The customer logo was embroidered on the right side of the cap's front panel.

Caps with 3D embroidery | Addy Menga / AWM13
Cap embroidery of a special kind - caps with 3D embroidery. For this order we use Flexfit caps from our online shop (click here for caps in the online shop ) which have a very high-quality 3D embroidery on the front panel. The logo was embroidered in flat embroidery on the back of the cap.

Textile production | Thread Clothing
T-shirts, polo shirts and a hoody model were produced according to the customer's measurement table. Many small details were implemented in the textile production. For example, the hoody has a screen-printed inner hood and embossed cord end caps. The stripes on the sleeves of the polo shirt were knitted to measure. But the desired grammage of the fabrics was also taken into account and manufactured according to specifications. This resulted in a really beautiful first collection.
