Textile production of the entire 1903 collection | Börjes Bikes
We had the pleasure of producing the entire 'Limited Edition' 1903 collection for Börjes American Bikes GmbH & Co. KG. This involved extensive textile production, including three T-shirt models, one long-sleeved shirt, a fantastic hoodie, and two sweatshirt jackets in red and black.
Individual cap production | Börjes Bikes / 1903 Caps
Caps with classic front embroidery, 3D embroidery, woven labels (with customer logo), and screen-printed seam tape. A successful, custom cap production according to precise customer specifications.
Three beautiful cap models were created in collaboration with Börjes American Bikes GmbH & Co. KG. The superb look of the embroidered caps is rounded off with an embossed buckle at the back, featuring the elegant 1903 logo.
T-shirt printing | Build Your Brand / Oversize T-Shirt BY102
We printed oversized Build Your Brand tees (model BY102) using a high-quality raster screen print with color separation. The color gradient of both the front and back prints looks absolutely stunning. A truly successful T-shirt design!
Printed & embroidered T-shirts / Printed hoodies | Modern Hills GmbH
Here, in collaboration with Modern Hills GmbH from Switzerland, we had the pleasure of producing beautiful hoodies and t-shirts. Some of the designs were based on oversized (loose cut) patterns from our shop. Some of the clothing was screen printed, while others, the regular-fit t-shirts, featured small embroidered details on the chest.
T-shirt production with chest print and chest pocket (screen printed)
For this T-shirt project, we had the pleasure of producing these beautiful T-shirts with a chest pocket for the 7m team. They were screen-printed and further enhanced with a woven label. The clever part is that the chest print extends even under the pocket. All that remains for us to say is: many thanks to the 7m team!.
Oversize T-Shirt Print | Dreamzz Fashion
Oversized T-shirts from our online shop feature classic embroidery on the chest, while the backs showcase large printed designs. The printing process involved screen printing with color separation, resulting in these high-quality T-shirts with both embroidery and halftone screen printing.

Textile production of T-shirts | The Box Programming
Extensive pattern development, multiple T-shirt prototypes, and professional screen printing result in a textile production of perfectly fitting T-shirts and tank tops. Everything is manufactured according to exact customer specifications—T-shirts and tank tops screen-printed on the chest and back. The T-shirt also features an additional printed neck label instead of a woven label.

T-shirt print with color separation | Rich For Mom
Together with the guys from Rich For Mom, we developed loose-cut T-shirts with very colorful print designs. The designs were screen-printed using both 8-color and 11-color halftone screen printing. Photorealistic and sharp! Awesome!

Embroidered Caps | Höcker Polytechnik GmbH
In cooperation with Höcker Polytechnik GmbH, we were able to provide all employees with embroidered caps. The customer logo was embroidered on the right side of the cap's front panel.

Caps with 3D embroidery | Addy Menga / AWM13
Unique cap embroidery — caps with 3D embroidery. For this order, we used Flexfit caps from our online shop (click here for caps in the online shop ) which were decorated with a high-quality 3D embroidery on the front panel. The logo was embroidered flat on the back of the cap.

Textile production | Faden Clothing
Based on the customer's size chart, T-shirts, polo shirts, and a hoodie were produced. Many small details were incorporated into the textile production. For example, the hoodie features a screen-printed inner hood and embossed drawstring end caps. The polo shirt's sleeve stripes were custom-knitted. The customer's desired fabric weight was also taken into account and produced accordingly. The result is a truly beautiful first collection.
