Digital direct printing on light & dark textiles
White or light-colored T-shirts and textiles can be easily decorated using digital direct printing without any preparation. Darker T-shirts and textiles are coated with a white undercoat to enhance the visibility of the printed colors. Applying this white undercoat allows for photographic images with gradients and highly detailed designs to be reproduced with brilliant color and print quality.

Digital printing for small print runs
Starting from a quantity of 50 pieces, T-shirts and textiles can be printed in small batches using digital direct printing. Digital direct printing is suitable for up to medium print runs. This allows you to keep your inventory low and enables us to quickly fulfill reorders.
Screen printing is suitable for larger print runs , as it offers lower printing costs, especially for higher quantities. Photorealistic prints and color gradients are also possible with screen printing, achieved through color separation.
The right textile fabric
Not every textile is suitable for digital direct printing. A smooth surface (short and flat textile fibers) is necessary for high-quality printing. The finer the surface, the cleaner and more detailed the digital print will be.
How does digital direct printing work?
Digital direct printing (digital printing) is a special inkjet printing process. Similar to conventional inkjet printers, this high-quality printing method involves spraying the ink directly onto the fabric. The print is then heat-set. The ink is easily absorbed into the fabric and doesn't adhere strongly. As a result, the fabric's properties and feel are hardly affected – it remains soft and supple. The printed garments are comfortable to wear.
Digital direct printing is the most modern printing method for printing on light and dark textiles affordably and with photorealistic results. However, compared to screen printing, not quite as durable and hard-wearing.
