Our textile production of hoodies starts with a minimum quantity of 250 pieces per color and version. The fabric, color and grammage are made upon customer request. All professional finishing techniques – e.g. screen printing, embroidery, patches, labels and much more – are available.

Sustainable fashion / organic cotton
In the textile production of hoodies, in addition to conventional cotton, we can also use certified materials and organic cotton - for example GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard).

Eco clothing | Certified fabrics & recycled polyester
When producing hoodies with blended fabric materials, we can also use recycled polyester for GOTS certified materials. We can e.g. B. Use 80% GOTS certified organic cotton & 20% recycled polyester for hoody production.
Woven labels
Woven labels round off our hoody production. The labels make hoodies real fashion, a fashion brand. Woven labels can be easily sewn in as a neck label or sewn onto the hem of a hoody as a folded label (book cover fold), to give two examples. (More information).
Care labels
All care instructions can be found on the printed care labels (Carelabel). Logos, lettering and addresses can also be printed. Own care labels sewn into the hoody complete the appearance of the hoody produced. Here, too, it is manufactured individually according to specifications.
Emblems & Patches
We also produce other accessories such as emblems and patches so that you can design your own hoodies. Here too, production takes place exactly according to your specifications. We produce emblems & patches, embroidery patches, woven patches & woven labels. Also leather patches / leather labels (real leather, fake leather / embossed, printed, with laser engraving ...), rubber patches and much more

Materials for hoody production
Fabric & grammage
The grammage (fabric thickness) can be implemented according to customer specifications when producing the hoody - we can produce different material compositions. This means you can design your hoody individually.
Textiles made from conventional cotton
The classic production of hoodies is carried out with conventional cotton. Different options for material, grammage and coloring are available here.
Fabrics made from blended fabrics
Blended fabric materials can also be used for all hoody productions. Here, depending on the number of pieces, we can respond to customer requests and have fabrics and grammages manufactured exactly to specifications.
Example of textiles made from blended fabrics:
80% cotton / 20% polyester (e.g. 320-500g/m²)
65% cotton / 35% polyester (e.g. 320-500g/m²)
95% cotton / 5% elastane (e.g. 180-190g/m² )
Textiles made from bamboo/bamboo mix
Another interesting material or material mix is bamboo. We can offer the following bamboo mix materials:
95% Bamboo & 5% Elastane
65% Bamboo & 35% Polyester
Sublimation fabrics
Fabrics and materials for sublimation are diverse. The surface texture can vary greatly. Depending on the intended use, different materials are used for printing and production in sublimation or full sublimation. 100% polyester fabrics are usually used for full sublimation. But other mixed materials are also used.
We also offer another option to use a special material. The outside of the fabric is made of polyester, which can be easily sublimated. The inside of the fabric is made of soft cotton. This special material can be printed extensively and is very comfortable to wear thanks to its soft feel.

Hoody sewing pattern
We produce the hoody according to your wishes, shapes and specifications - a hoody production according to your pattern templates. As a basis, you are welcome to provide us with your sample collection or measurement table.
Design your own hoody
If you do not have any ready-made pattern textiles available, we will be happy to help. We find the right hoody shape and cut so that you can design and have your hoodies made by yourself.
Hoody single pattern
We can design and produce a first individual sample hoody. The hoody patterns are used for quality control and to display cuts, fabrics & colors, finishes, labels, patches, etc. The pattern is created according to the customer's cut.
Fabric dyeing according to Pantone
When dyeing fabrics, we use well-known color systems – Pantone C / TPG / TCX / TPX (Fashion, Home & Interiors). Before the entire fabric is dyed, we dye small pieces of fabric, called lab dips, which we present to you for viewing and approval.
Hang tags
Hangtags complete the appearance of a hoody. Especially when your customer opens a delivery and takes the hoody out of the package. A hangtag looks very professional and offers space for, among other things, stickers with item numbers, barcodes, size, address, price tag, etc.
We are also your contact for hangtag production! The creation of design drafts, the printing of the hangtags and the later attachment to the textile is another service we offer.
