Our hoodie production starts with a minimum order quantity of 250 pieces per color and style. The fabric, color, and weight are customized to customer specifications. All professional finishing techniques are available, such as screen printing, embroidery, patches, labels, and more.

Sustainable fashion / organic cotton
In the textile production of hoodies, we can use not only conventional cotton but also certified materials and organic cotton – e.g. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard).

Eco-friendly clothing | Certified fabrics & recycled polyester
When producing hoodies with blended fabrics, we can also use recycled polyester in GOTS-certified materials. For example, we can use 80% GOTS-certified organic cotton and 20% recycled polyester for hoodie production.
Woven labels
Woven labels complete our hoodie production. These labels are what truly transform hoodies into fashionable garments, into fashion brands. Woven labels can be easily sewn in as neck labels or attached to the hem of a hoodie as a folded label (bookcover fold), to name just two examples. (More information).
Care labels
All care instructions are printed on the care labels. Logos, lettering, and addresses can also be printed on them. Custom care labels sewn into the hoodie complete the look of the finished garment. These are also custom-made to your specifications.
Emblems & Patches
We also produce additional accessories such as emblems and patches so you can personalize your hoodies. These are also manufactured precisely according to your specifications. We produce emblems and patches, embroidered patches, woven patches and woven labels. We also offer leather patches/leather labels (genuine leather, faux leather / embossed, printed, laser engraved, etc.), rubber patches, and much more.

Materials for hoodie production
Fabric & Grammage
The fabric weight (thickness) of the hoodie can be customized to customer specifications — we can produce different material compositions. This allows you to personalize your hoodie.
Textiles made from conventional cotton
The classic production of hoodies is done with conventional cotton. Various options are available regarding material, weight, and dyeing.
Fabrics made from blended fabrics
Blended fabrics can also be used for all hoodie productions. Depending on the quantity, we can accommodate customer requests and have fabrics and weights manufactured precisely according to specifications.
Examples of blended fabrics:
80% cotton / 20% polyester (e.g. 320-500g/m²)
65% cotton / 35% polyester (e.g. 320-500g/m²)
95% cotton / 5% elastane (e.g. 180-190g/m²)
Textile fabrics made from bamboo / bamboo blend
Another interesting material or material mix is bamboo. We can offer the following bamboo-mix materials:
95% Bamboo & 5% Elastane
65% Bamboo & 35% Polyester
Sublimation fabrics
Fabrics and materials for sublimation printing are diverse. Their surface properties can vary considerably. Depending on the intended use, different fabrics are used for printing and production in sublimation or full sublimation. Full sublimation typically uses 100% polyester fabrics, but other blended materials are also employed.
Furthermore, we offer another option: using a special fabric. The outer layer of the fabric is made of polyester, which is excellent for sublimation printing. The inner layer is made of soft cotton. This special material is highly printable and very comfortable to wear thanks to its soft feel.

We produce hoodies according to your wishes, shapes, and specifications – hoodie production based on your pattern templates. Please provide us with your sample collection or size chart as a basis.

If you don't have any ready-made pattern fabrics available, we're happy to help. We'll find the right hoodie style and cut so you can design and produce your own hoodies.
Hoodie Single Pattern
We can design and produce an initial sample hoodie. These hoodie samples serve for quality control and to showcase cuts, fabrics and colors, finishes, labels, patches, etc. The sample is created according to the customer's pattern.
Fabric dyeing according to Pantone
For fabric dyeing, we use well-known color systems – Pantone C / TPG / TCX / TPX (Fashion, Home & Interiors). Before dyeing the entire fabric, we dye small pieces of fabric, known as lab dips, which we present to you for viewing and approval.
Hangtags
Hangtags complete the look of a hoodie, especially when your customer opens a delivery and takes the hoodie out of the package. A hangtag looks very professional and offers space for stickers with item numbers, barcodes, size, address, price tag, etc.
We are also your contact for hangtag production! The creation of design drafts, the printing of the hangtags and the subsequent attachment to the textile are further services we offer.
