As a textile manufacturer, we are at your side with our production service if you want to set up a fashion label or run a fashion label/fashion brand. Especially at the beginning, it's not that easy to get a precise overview of starting a business. Starting a fashion label comes with a number of challenges.
We can provide direct answers to some questions here. We can perhaps help with this to make it easier to set up a fashion label. We are happy to take over production for brands and labels that are already on the market.
Our production options
Option 1 | Shop textiles
We can use ready-made shop textiles from different manufacturers and subsequently refine them with, for example, high-quality screen printing and/or embroidery. There is a large selection of different cuts and designs. Feel free to take a look here in the shop .
Quantities
Minimum quantity
50 pieces The colors and sizes can be divided into the total quantity per textile version (e.g. T-shirt). The minimum quantity of 50 pieces cannot be divided into different textile versions (e.g. 25x T-shirts, 25x hoodies).
Labels & Co.
Minimum quantity 250 pieces
Woven labels, e.g. on the neck or hem, are possible from a quantity of 250 pieces. The quantity of 250 pieces can be divided into different textile versions (e.g. 50x T-shirts, 100x hoodies, 100x sweatshirts). There are many different label designs and options.
Option 2 | Own textile production
With our individual textile production, we can respond very precisely to customer wishes and specifications and implement them. We produce the fabrics and grammages according to specifications, dye the fabrics according to Pantone (according to customer specifications) and can, for example, implement exact pattern or measurement table specifications (e.g. oversize / drop shoulder fit, regular fit, slim fit and much more).

Woven labels, care labels, hang tags, individual polybag packaging, etc. are possible.

We can dye the fabrics according to Pantone. There are several fabrics, colors and grammages available for storage. However, we can also produce fabrics in a special manner upon customer request. Desired grammages in the low and high range can also be implemented.

How much does textile production cost?
Option 1 | Shop textiles
In our online shop you can calculate prices for textiles with screen printing and woven labels. We calculate offers for textiles with further refinements such as embroidery individually. For this please contact us here .
Option 2 | Individual textile production
Unfortunately, it is not possible to give general prices. Because our service is extensive and individual. This means we really calculate each request individually. For exact price information, please contact us. We will be happy to contact you with a detailed offer.
What quality are the textiles produced in?
For both production options described above, it can be said that we produce the textiles in a high to very high quality. Because high quality textiles are the future flagship of your fashion brand.
What is the minimum quantity / number of pieces per textile?

Can a prototype / individual sample be created?
It is possible to produce individual samples and prototypes for both production options. These are then used for initial viewing and approval. The cost of the prototypes depends on the scale of production.
How much does a prototype / individual sample cost?
The costs for individual samples depend on the size of the textile and the desired finishing. The costs are listed in our offer.
Is it possible to make and sew your own labels?
Option 1 | Shop Textiles

What fabric colors are available?
Option 1 | Shop Textiles
All textile colors shown in the shop are available. It is not possible to adjust the colors at Shop Textiles.
Option 2 | Individual textile production
The complete color range of the Pantone spectrum for fabric dyeing is available here - Pantone C, TPG & TCX. Small pieces of fabric, so-called lab dips, are created and sent in advance for viewing and approval.
Which materials, material composition and grammage are possible?
Only for option 2 | Individual textile production
In individual production, it is generally possible to specify all properties of the material precisely. In some cases of desired material compositions, minimum quantities are higher than 250 pieces.
